Lead Manager takes six important components (sourcing, hygiene, compliance, scoring, workflows and analytics) of lead management and centralizes them in one platform. This program launched in June and we have agencies who have quickly become power users. Below is one our power user’s success story:

We had the opportunity to speak with Lisa Krokoskito learn about her lead management process and hear her thoughts on the Lead Manager pilot program. Lisa Krokoskiis a licensed sales professional in Jason Durica’sagency in Cortland, Ohio. This agency has an existing lead management tool integrated with their agency processes in addition to Lead Manager. Lisa shared with us that she prefers using Lead Manager because it allows her to view all her leads in one platform and provides the ability to create a personalized schedule to track all interactions with prospecting leads. 

Lisa works at least a handful of leads each day using Lead Manager. She starts her process by cataloging her notes from the pervious day actions, such as attempt to contact or follow up to the history record. Then, Lisa navigates to her calendar to view any upcoming appointments and follow up activities for that day. During the interview, Lisa shared with us that she is excited to recently discover the automated workflows offered in Lead Manager. She plans to utilize them to help automate some of her follow up activities. 

Lead Manager has improved Lisa’s lead management process by not only providing a centralized platform for prospecting leads but also adding a score to each lead. The high/medium/low priority that is appended to each lead informs Lisa who to contact first to reach her goals. This feature has greatly reduced the time Lisa normally spends working leads and brought extreme efficiency to her overall lead management. Another aspect of the program that caught Lisa’s attention was the enriching of data. Lisa has found it beneficial to have vehicle details included in auto leads and also having open fields to add other pieces of information, such as home details, to ensure she has all the information ready when she calls the prospect. 

The program grows based on agency feedback. Lisa shared some features she would like to have in Lead Manager: being able to send an email regardless of DNE status when she knows she can contact the prospect, add a status note as a tag to the prospect details and the ability to rename lead sources to distinguish among different campaigns.
